Every page on Knowburb is generated from a structured JSON record per suburb, refreshed on a fixed cadence:

  • Demographics — ABS Census 2021 (next refresh: 2026 release).
  • Property & rent — SQM Research postcode snapshot, refreshed monthly.
  • Schools — ACARA MySchool plus state catchment files, refreshed annually before enrolment season.
  • Transport — State GTFS feeds (TfNSW, PTV, TransLink, Adelaide Metro, Transperth, Metro Tas, Transport Canberra), refreshed monthly.
  • Climate — Bureau of Meteorology 30-year normals.
  • NBN — NBN Co coverage, refreshed monthly.
  • Crime — State police open-data feeds, refreshed quarterly.
  • Amenities — OpenStreetMap via Overpass, refreshed quarterly.

Each page shows a Last reviewed date and links the underlying sources. Data points are presented as-is from primary sources without speculative adjustment.
